    The family are flexible and open to either a 4-day or 5-day working week.

    Option 1

    Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

    8:30am – 6:30pm

    or

    8:00am – 7:00pm

    Salary

    £57,200 – £71,500 gross per annum, depending on experience, qualifications and agreed working pattern.

    The Family

    A warm and welcoming family based in W6 are seeking an experienced and nurturing nanny to care for their two boys aged 6 years and 1 year. This is a sole-charge position, offering the opportunity to become an important part of the children's lives and support their development through engaging, age-appropriate activities and a structured daily routine.

    The family are looking for a proactive nanny who enjoys planning fun and educational days, encouraging learning through play, and creating a happy and stimulating environment for both children.

    The Role

    The nanny will be responsible for the day-to-day care of both boys, managing their routines and ensuring their individual needs are met throughout the day.

    The role will involve school drop-offs and pick-ups for the eldest child, supporting after-school activities and homework where appropriate, whilst also overseeing the daily routine of the youngest child, including naps, meals, developmental play and outings.

    The successful nanny will enjoy spending time outdoors, attending local baby groups and playgroups, arranging age-appropriate activities and planning enjoyable days out that support both children's social, emotional and developmental growth.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Sole-charge care of both children

    School drop-offs and pick-ups for the eldest child

    Supporting after-school activities and homework where required

    Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities for both children

    Organising outings, playdates, baby groups and playgroups

    Encouraging learning and development through play

    Managing the youngest child's nap routine and daily schedule

    Preparing healthy meals and snacks for both children

    Supporting the children's emotional, social and developmental milestones

    Maintaining consistent daily routines and boundaries

    Keeping children's bedrooms, play areas and belongings tidy and organised

    Children's laundry and wardrobe organisation

    Managing children's supplies and ensuring essentials are stocked

    Creating a safe, happy and nurturing environment at all times
