Job Description

  • Salary: £33,000 - £43,000 (negotiable for the right candidate)

    Full-time or 4-day week considered

    We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead a dedicated team and ensure a high-quality, inclusive environment for all children. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting impact in a setting rooted in faith, love, and learning.

    Key Responsibilities
    - Lead, inspire, and manage the nursery team
    - Ensure compliance with Ofsted, EYFS, and safeguarding requirements
    - Foster a loving, safe, and stimulating learning environment
    - Build strong, trusting relationships with families and the community
    - Embed Christian values within everyday practice and culture
    - Manage staffing, budgets, and operational systems
    - Promote staff development and a positive team culture

    What We're Looking For
    - Level 3 or above in Early Years (with strong leadership experience)
    - A confident, compassionate leader with a child-centred approach
    - Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards
    - Passionate about high-quality early years education
    - Open and respectful attitude toward our Christian identity
    - Enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo one)
