Accommodation: Can offer a private room and bathroom for the nights the children are there.
This warm and welcoming family are seeking a kind, proactive nanny to support two children during their time at their father’s home. The father is very present and involved, but due to a back injury and a demanding work schedule, he requires some additional support. The children are kind-hearted, active, and playful, and would thrive with a nanny who can combine fun with structure.
Main duties include: Collecting the children from school, supporting with homework, preparing and serving healthy evening meals, engaging the children in age-appropriate games and arranging activities, getting the children ready for bed or taking them back to their mother’s home in Belsize Park.
Every other Monday you will also be responsible for, Weekly grocery shopping, meal planning for the upcoming weeks, batch cooking and meal preparation for the family, changing bed linen, family laundry and general cleaning of the flat.
Please note a DBS dated within the last 12 months or on the update service and an up to date paediatric first aid certificate OR willing to apply for one upon a job offer are essential to apply for this role.

Full-Time Nanny: A nanny who works regular, full-time hours providing consistent daily childcare and support to a family.
Part-Time Nanny: A nanny who works fewer hours than a full-time nanny, usually providing childcare on specific days or during certain hours each week.
After School Nanny: An after-school nanny cares for children once they finish school, for a minimum of 4 hours. Their responsibilities will include collecting from school or nursery, helping with homework, engaging in recreational activities and more.
Nanny/Housekeeper: A nanny housekeeper combines their childcare responsibilities with household management tasks, that relate to children in their care such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
Live-In Nanny: A live-in nanny resides in the family home, with a private bedroom or private living quarters. They offer comprehensive childcare, including supervision, meal preparation, and overnight care when needed.
Holiday Nanny: A nanny hired to accompany a family on holiday, offering childcare and assistance throughout the trip, usually temporarily.
Nanny with New Born Experience: A nanny with newborn experience specialises in caring for infants. They have specialist knowledge in relation to feeding, sleep routines and developmental activities for the baby.
International Nanny: An international nanny provides childcare services to families living abroad or frequently travelling. International nannies adapt to diverse cultural environments, offering their expertise in child development, safety, and well-being.
Proxy Parenting: Proxy parenting involves a nanny temporarily taking on the role and responsibilities of a parent who needs to travel or be away for work, ensuring the child’s routine remains uninterrupted.
Weekend Nanny: A nanny who provides childcare during weekends, either as their primary role or in addition to a weekday job.
