Upon returning to London, she acquired Central London, expanding her reach to Tinies Southwest in 2021, and adding two more franchise locations in 2022, seamlessly transitioning into recruitment. 

With her years of experience as a nanny, Ashleigh and her team are dedicated to matching exceptional candidates with future clients on both the nursery and nanny sides of the childcare world. Ashleigh leverages the knowledge she has gathered throughout her career to provide unparalleled service, making her an invaluable asset to Tinies and the families they serve.
