Job Description
- Temporary Full-Time Nanny – Glasgow G5
We are seeking a caring, reliable full-time nanny to join a family and provide exceptional care for two children (aged 4 years and 8 months) in the G5 area of Glasgow.
Dates of temporary role: As soon as possible until July 2025
Hours: Monday to Friday – 6 hours per day (flexible scheduling; to be agreed upon)
Key Responsibilities
• Personal Care:– Morning and/or afternoon routines (dressing, nappy changes, toilet training support, hygiene)
• Engagement & Activities:
– Organize and facilitate age-appropriate, stimulating activities and play
– Encourage early learning through games, story time, arts & crafts
• Meals:
– Provide assistance as required
• Light Household Tasks:
– Child-related tidying (toys, play areas)
– Washing children’s dishes and bottles
– Laundry of children’s clothes and bedding as required
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a nanny or in a similar childcare role
• Strong understanding of early childhood development
• Good references and clear background checks
• First-aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Non-smoker
Salary:
Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications
