    Salary: £12.60 GROSS per hour
    Contract Type: Full-Time / Temporary
    Hours: 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday

Their dedicated team works in partnership with parents and carers to ensure every child thrives in a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.

    Job Summary
    We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join their team. You will be responsible for supporting children’s learning and development through structured play, planned activities, and child-led exploration. You will ensure the safeguarding and wellbeing of all children in your care and work closely with colleagues to create a positive and enriching early years environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
    Promote a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
    Observe, assess, and record children’s progress and share with parents/carers and senior staff.
    Maintain accurate records and contribute to individual learning plans.
    Encourage children’s independence and self-confidence through play and interaction.
    Foster strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider team.
    Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times.
    Support children with personal care needs when required.
    Participate in staff meetings, training, and continuous professional development.

    Requirements
    Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (or equivalent).
    Sound knowledge of the local framework and child development.
    Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
    Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
