Becky Hold, Managing Consultant
I first came across Tinies in 1994 when I qualified as a Nursery Nurse and started working as a nanny. After 4 years as a nanny in South-East London and America, I went to university and obtained a degree in Business Management. I then worked as a holiday rep where I met my husband and moved to North Wales to be with him.
I worked in banking and administration for 10 years, during which time I had my two sons. I then started working as an assistant for a mobile crèche company, quickly working up to Crèche Coordinator. The role involved recruiting childcare staff, logistically planning events and leading crèches. The 4 years I spent in this role allowed me to combine my knowledge of childcare and management.
I have come back to Tinies again, 22 years later, when I realised it would be the ideal career progression for me, utilising the knowledge and experience I have gained in childcare and crèches. I am delighted to have taken the decision to relocate to Launceston to be able to run the Tinies Devon and Cornwall nanny agency.
