Kelly is a degree educated, Human Resources and Recruitment Specialist with a vast of experience across different industry sectors, including Education and Nursery Settings. Kelly is married with two children and has direct personal experience finding appropriate childcare for the variety of occasions life throws at you.
A recruitment specialist with full knowledge of the recruitment process and an abundance of experience, she is extremely customer focused, friendly, personable and well organised, offering a solution- based resolve for clients and candidates alike.
She has also been a stay at home mum and has seen the struggles friends and family have been through trying to organise their own long term, full time, part time and emergency childcare provision. This first-hand experience has allowed Kelly to empathise and offer help and advice where appropriate.
Kelly has experience working with young children in a school environment, volunteering as classroom support at a local large primary school as well as heading up and organising the end of term party for the Year 6 children over a number of years.
