Claire Adams, Branch Owner

I am qualified with a BTEC National Diploma in Nursery Nursing 1993-1995 and have trained as a Midwife at the University of Hertfordshire in 1997-1999.

I started out my career at Tinies as a Childcare Consultant back in January 2000, and have been responsible for launching and establishing franchises in the Home Counties. I have a staff team of 11 to help support and manage our daily operation.

I now own and run 5 Tinies Franchises acquiring my first franchise in May 2004 with Tinies Hertfordshire. I went on to buy Tinies Buckinghamshire in June 2006 and then in May 2008 I bought Tinies Berkshire Nurseries. In May 2009 I took over Hampshire & West Surrey leaving my most recent acquisition for 2010 to be Tinies Dorset, making me the single largest Tinies franchisee in Tinies history.

Jenny King, Managing Consultant

I am a qualified Nursery Nurse with NNEB completed in 1997 and hold a Level 4 Certificate in Early Years Practice completed in 2007.

I began my career as a sole charge Nanny, shared between 3 families with children as young as newborn up to eight years old. In 2001 I went on to work for a National Nursery chain, Asquith Nurseries and progressed to Nursery Management level, which I held for several years.

I managed the Nurseries daily operation for a 100 place nursery with overall responsibility of a staff team of 25. I was responsible for all staffing and recruitment within the Nursery and recruited qualified Nursery Nurses, as well as training Nursery Assistants up to level 3 qualifications.

We provided high quality day care for children 3 months to 5 years during the day and an after school club for children up to the age of 8 years.

I am a mother myself to 2 children, and as a working parent I understand the importance of leaving your children with professional, capable childcarers. I am committed to sourcing the highest quality candidates to all Tinies clients.

Hannah Williams, Childcare Consultant

I am a qualified nursery nurse with NVQ level 3 in childcare and education with additional training in nursery management.

I have nearly 18 years' experience of working in Early Years where I began my career in a nursery as a trainee practitioner. Following my qualification I made my way up to nursery team leader and nursery manager. I have also enjoyed working as a sole charge nanny and babysitter for many families.

I now have my own small family and enjoy using my experience within childcare and with my own family to help support nurseries and families with their childcare needs and requirements.
