- We are supporting a well established Montessori Nursery to find a level 3 practitioner to join their team.The ideal candidate will have prior early years experience, Montessori experience not required but would be a bonus. Candidate Must have a level 3 qualification in early years or QTS. We are looking for someone proactive, engaging, enthusiastic and interested the Montessori methods.40 hours per week over 5 days£26,436-£28,000 gross per annumStarting ASAP

Proxy Parenting: Proxy parenting involves a nanny temporarily taking on the role and responsibilities of a parent who needs to travel or be away for work, ensuring the child’s routine remains uninterrupted.
