Job Description

  • This Nursery in CM13 is looking for an expereince , passionate and knowledgeable Level 3 nursery practitioner to join their small nursery team! This is a term time role with the hours from 8:30 - 3:30 and 8:30 - 1:00 each week. The perfect candidate must hold strong knowledge and experience in a childcare setting, strong safeguarding knowledge and must be a driver.

    • Salary - from £13.00+ depending on experience
    • Hours: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 8.30- 3.30
    • Tuesday &Friday 8.30 -1.00

    What we need from you:


    • Passionate about children.
    •  Can provide high-quality teaching and be innovative and original in stimulating learning opportunities.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Able to develop strong relationships and promote positive parental involvement.
    • Have high expectations of yourself and of the children in your care.
    • Assisting setting up and clearing away all activities and equipment when appropriate
    • Ability to work within a team
    • Broad knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding


    Your duties will include:

    • Taking charge of a key group of children
    • Deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop
    • Plan and provide effective care, teaching and learning.
    • Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
    • Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children
    • Make accurate and effective use of assessment reflecting the needs, interests and stages of development of the individual children.
