- Nursery Manager - Crowland PE6 - Full time 40 hours - £32,000-£36,000 PA - August StartWe are seeking an experienced and confident Nursery Manager to lead a well-established, 70-place setting that opened in 2023 and has already achieved a GOOD Ofsted rating with strong standards. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a thriving nursery with solid foundations and a supportive team, including a strong Deputy Manager.Benefits

Key Responsibilities
Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of the nursery
Ensure high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding are consistently maintained
Lead, motivate, and develop the staff team
Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionalsOversee compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements
