- At Tinies we are looking for a level 3 (or Higher) baby room supervisor to work in a nursery setting in the Poundbury, Dorchester area.The nursery are looking for a confident and experienced childcare professional to work as a baby room supervisor, leading a small team of nursery practitioners and provide a high level of quality childcare according to the nurseries ethos.You must have:-level 3 or higher in childcare-2 years post qualification experience within the early years sector-The confidence to lead a team by example and communicate with parents and staff.- A good knowledge of the EYFS which can be implemented through planning, observations and activities.In return the nursery are offering:- 28 days annual leave plus an extra half day per year worked.-Hot staff lunches provided when on duty-50% childcare discount- a variety of work based bonusesThis is a full time role with an annual salary of £28,932.80 based on qualification and experience.To apply today or to find out more please contact Tinies on 01202313177 or email your CV to dorsetandsalisbury@tinies.com
