I am qualified with a BTEC National Diploma in Nursery Nursing 1993-1995 and have trained as a Midwife at the University of Hertfordshire in 1997-1999.
I started out my career at Tinies as a Childcare Consultant back in January 2000, I have a staff team of 10 to help support and manage our daily operation. I now own and manage 7 Tinies Franchises acquiring my first franchise ownership in May 2004.

Before joining the Tinies Recruitment Team I was working as a Private Nanny and have 14 years’ experience working within the childcare sector.
I started my position at Tinies in February 2016 as maternity cover and took on a permanent position in January 2017.
In June 2023 I was promoted to Senior Childcare Recruitment Manager for Tinies Hertfordshire and Oxfordshire and in 2025 I was promoted to Regional Recruitment Manager for Tinies Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Herfordshire & East Midlands.
I started my Childcare career back in 1993 completing my NNEB cache diploma and joining a private day nursery as a Nursery Nurse and worked my way up to Manager then Senior Manager.
I managed in total for 25 years before joining the Tinies team. I managed a creche, headed up events and in June 2023 started my new role as Assistant Recruitment Consultant for Tinies Hertfordshire.
I have previously worked within nurseries for the last 6 years; working my way up from an apprentice to a deputy manager for multiple nurseries. As much as I enjoyed supporting the growth and development of early years children, I was ready in my career to take on new challenges and extend on my skills and I am excited to be a part of the Tinies team.
