We are looking for a confident and caring Room Leader to join our warm and friendly nursery team, where every day brings new opportunities to inspire, nurture, and make a difference.
? About the Role:
As a Room Leader, you will:
Lead and support your team to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
Ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and well-being for all children.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Role model best practice in early years education and support the development of your team.
? About You:
Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or equivalent).
Have previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting, ideally in a senior or leadership role.
Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
Have the right to work in the UK.
Are passionate, warm, and professional, with a genuine love for working with children.
