  • ? Room Leader – Nursery Nurse

    ? Carshalton 

    ? 40 hours/week | ? £29,120 per annum

    We’re seeking a warm, friendly, and experienced Room Leader to join our supportive nursery team! In this role, you’ll lead your room, inspire children, and support your team to create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

    What you’ll do:

    Lead and support your room team to deliver high-quality care and education.

    Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS.

    Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

    Ensure the safety, well-being, and development of every child in your care.

    What we’re looking for:

    Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification.

    Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting (leadership experience is a plus).

    Right to work in the UK.

    Warm, friendly, professional, and passionate about early years development.
