- We are looking for a Temporary Nanny to support a family in Farringdon SN7 this November for 3 months (with possible extension).Caring for 8 years old twins (Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental delay)Monday to Friday 3pm to 8.30pmAdditional weekend hours available if desiredDuty car (manual)The child attend clubs and swimmingThe role is to provide short term support while mum recovers from an operation
