Job Description

  • Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) – Sidcup DA14

    This nursery is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) to join its warm, welcoming, and well-established setting in DA14. This opportunity is ideal for candidates searching for level 3 nursery jobs in the local area.

    What we need from you:

    • A full Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or higher)

    • Broad knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

    • Planning and delivering rich, engaging learning opportunities aligned with EYFS milestones
    • Providing high-quality teaching, care, and emotional support
    • Safeguarding and promoting the safety and well-being of all children
    • Collaborating with colleagues, parents, carers, and external professionals
    • Using observations and assessments to track progress and tailor individual learning
    • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring team members to ensure exceptional standards
    • Creating stimulating, organised learning environments both indoors and outdoors
    • Upholding all safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies
    • Maintaining a positive, happy, and safe environment for children and staff
