Deputy Manager/Room Lead

Tinies are actively assisting a Nursery in Compton Acres, West Bridgford, Nottingham to recruit a Nursery Deputy Manager for a 70 place, Ofsted rated "Good" Nursery. The Nursery is part of a wider chain of local Nurseries, with scope for further career progression if desired.

Annual Salary up to £26,000.
40 hours over 5 days Monday to Friday

Nursery Deputy Manager Requirements

• Full working knowledge of the EYFS.
• Previous experience working within senior management in an Early Years setting.
• Able to communication effectively with children, parents, and stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
• Experience working with digital systems.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Early Years settings.
• Experience working with children 0 - 5 years.

Nursery Deputy Nursery Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop high-quality practice.
• To be part of the Management Team.
• Work within the team to deliver outstanding care and education.
• Implement all policies and procedures.
• Work in partnership with parents and third-party agencies where required.
• Create and develop an environment for children that consistently meets the EYFS whilst incorporating children's interests and curiosity.
