Maternity nanny support for your newborn baby

What does a maternity nanny or nurse do?

Maternity nannies or nurses are someone who comes to your home after your baby is born, and helps in the first weeks or months of a newborn baby's life. They are responsible for all aspects of the baby's care, including feeding, bathing, changing diapers, and soothing. In addition, maternity nannies offer their services to families who need help during this crucial time. Depending on the family's needs, they may provide overnight and daytime care.

Maternity nannies tend to work 24 hours a day, 5 or 6 days a week, and live-in with your family. Maternity nannies can stay with you until you are comfortable with your new baby. Generally we recommend that this is anytime from 4 to 6 weeks, but some maternity nannies stay for less or longer.

Most of our maternity nurses and nannies come to us through parent recommendation. Tinies maternity nannies and nurses have:

Using Tinies gave me peace of mind and also removed a lot of the stress and administrative side of the process. I could be sure that any CVs sent to me had already been screened for suitability, and that the consultant had already ensured that both I and the potential candidates would be a good fit. I felt that they were really committed to ensuring that I got the best person to help care for my daughter, and that they also understood how nerve wracking an experience it can be for a parent to leave their child with someone.
