A feminist organisation who works to achieve economic justice for young women aged 18-30. Offering young women free coaching, feedback on job applications and information to help them get where they want to be in life. With a network of thousands of young women to support each other, build self-belief, and have their own voice.
The organisation was wanting to provide a creche for the children of the young women and to ensure their ethos was shared with like-minded organisations.
Tinies West Midlands was approached after visiting our Tinies website and identifying that they may be the ideal provider for their residential creche. The Tinies consultant spoke with the client and reassured it was an all-inclusive service, and that families would be able to access the creche throughout the day, as needed. Tinies also outlined the ideas and activities which would be provided by the creche, such as with outdoor activities and local walks (following risk assessment) – this unique service was not offered with other local creche/event businesses.
Tinies West Midlands obtained the organisations itinerary for the weekend and created a creche itinerary outlining activities both inside and outside of the creche room.
The client was delighted that Tinies had gone to much effort to ensure everything previously discussed had been noted and taken into consideration with the children and families at the fore front of the planned activities for the entire weekend.
Tinies West Midlands successfully created an environment both indoors and outdoors, where children were safe and content within the creche.
Families were delighted, with one parent saying, ‘that her daughter had never been left before and was surprised she wasn’t upset’ and shared that ‘all the staff at Tinies made us feel at ease and very welcome, and I would definitely recommend Tinies’.
Furthermore, Tinies are now the preferred creche supplier for this organisation with yearly returning creche bookings.
