Beverly Munden, Director of Operations

Beverly Munden

Always an advocate for change, Beverly is an ambassador for developing policies and practices to support employees with care responsibilities.

Beverly worked closely with My Family Care in 2007, to deploy the Emergency Backup Care Programme to thousands of employees within her corporate organisation. Her work with the My Family Care group made it seem a natural progression to take on the role of Franchise Manager within Tinies, when the opportunity arose in 2015.

Married with two children, and having worked in both part and full time roles, she been through the ups and downs of effectively managing a work/life balance and knows how important it is to find quality childcare that you trust. Bev really has been in the shoes of the parents we work with.

Bev's past experiences as a CIPD qualified HR Professional across local government and in the private sector - from small independents to national and international organisations specialising in Flexible Benefits, Recruitment and Business Process re-engineering, have prepared her well to manage, support and develop the Tinies network of franchises and ensure their reputation and service continues to exceed our clients expectations.

Reyes de las Heras, Marketing Specialist

Tinies Bio _ Reyes

Specialised in marketing and content strategy, Reyes joined the Tinies team in January 2020 as Tinies' new Marketing Specialist.

Always passionate about communication and the latest digital trends, Reyes got a BA+MA in Journalism and later specialised in marketing. She has experience identifying business opportunities and designing and delivering successful marketing campaigns in various sectors, including hospitality, radio, fitness and design.

After her college years, Reyes spent a year abroad in France supporting a family of four as an au pair, so she has experienced first-hand the challenges working families face every day.

As a mental health awareness advocate, Reyes understands the importance of maintaining a work-life balance to effectively support yourself and those around you. She also recognises how essential it is to provide peace of mind to parents when caring for their little ones, which is vital in our mission to Build Stronger Families. 

Reyes' ultimate goal is to provide the best brand experience possible to our Tinies clients and candidates.
