Lindsey Doe, Director

Lindsey Doe

Lindsey began her career at the Royal Berkshire Racquets and Health Club where the first child friendly gym and activity concept was developed in 1996.

She remained with Esporta Health & Fitness for 9 years assisting in designing, opening children's areas and health club management.

After spending time travelling the globe Lindsey set up on her own and spent 3 years working with the leading health & fitness companies writing operations manuals and developing children's activity programmes both in the UK and Europe. Lindsey spent many hours creating and delivering training in children's fitness programmes for the largest UK training provider.

In 2007 Lindsey joined Tinies to use her vast knowledge of the childcare industry in developing the franchise network and mobile crèche business.

Lindsey enjoys balancing her time between Head Office, our settings across the UK, and being a mum to her two young daughters.

Please get in touch with Lindsey and the Head Office team if you have any questions about our childcare services in the UK.

Beverly Munden, Franchise Manager

Beverly Munden

Always an advocate for change, Beverly is an ambassador for developing policies and practices to support employees with care responsibilities.

Beverly worked closely with My Family Care in 2007, to deploy the Emergency Backup Care Programme to thousands of employees within her corporate organisation. Her work with the My Family Care group made it seem a natural progression to take on the role of Franchise Manager within Tinies, when the opportunity arose in 2015.

Married with two children, and having worked in both part and full time roles, she been through the ups and downs of effectively managing a work/life balance and knows how important it is to find quality childcare that you trust. Bev really has been in the shoes of the parents we work with.

Bev's past experiences as a CIPD qualified HR Professional across local government and in the private sector - from small independents to national and international organisations specialising in Flexible Benefits, Recruitment and Business Process re-engineering, have prepared her well to manage, support and develop the Tinies network of franchises and ensure their reputation and service continues to exceed our clients expectations.

Amanda Coxen, Director

Amanda Coxen

Amanda Coxen worked for 7 years in the City as a qualified solicitor. She saw many colleagues struggling with childcare and work and decided that she wanted to do something about that.

As a mother of 2 boys, Amanda also knows what difficulties parents face when trying to find the right childcare solution and how important it is to get the best advice.

As one of the owners of Tinies, Amanda sees it as her mission to ensure that clients and candidates get the best service from Tinies.

Please get in touch with Amanda and the Head Office team if you have any questions about our childcare services in the UK.

You can read the Tinies Blog to stay updated with Amanda's day-to-day life as a mum working in childcare and raising a family.

Oliver Black, Director

Oliver Black

Ollie is also the proud father of twins and a young daughter. So the brothers are even in the number of children stakes - for now at least.

Ollie began his career at Procter & Gamble as a brand manager.

He saw the positive impact that having good childcare made to the people working in the business, but also how difficult it was for parents to arrange good, local childcare.

Convinced that childcare in the UK was about to go through massive change, he built up Tinies along with Ben & friend Amanda.

Less involved now with the Tinies branch network, Ollie focuses on our managed services - the setup and management of crèches, holiday clubs and nurseries.

Living close to our head office, he'll often be in far too early, most likely after an early morning run.

Please get in touch with Ollie and the Head Office team if you have any questions about our childcare services in the UK.

Ben Black, Director

Ben Black

As the father of twins, Ben knows all about the pressures of balancing work and family life.

Ben began his career working as a City lawyer. In 2000, he and his brother Ollie bought Tinies Childcare, which went on to become the biggest nanny agency in the UK.

In 2005 they founded My Family Care - with the unique proposition of offering clients a complete family friendly employee benefits package. Services include Emergency Childcare, Maternity Coaching, Corporate Backup Childcare and Childcare Search.

Ben continues to work with Tinies and is also a non-executive director at AnyJunk, the UK's largest rubbish clearance company.

Three young children and the occasional marathon keep Ben busy in his spare time.

Liz Chevis, Operations Manager

Liz

Liz has worked in the childcare industry for the last 20 years.

Before joining Tinies in 2006 her role was as Operations Manager for a large nursery chain, managing over 20 nurseries.

Her knowledge of the industry includes HR management of multi-sited teams and working with Ofsted and external agencies.

She is adamant that all Tinies crèches employ excellent, qualified staff that work to the highest standard, ensuring the enjoyment and safety for all the children who come into our care.

Caroline Clarke, Operations Manager

Caroline Clarke

Caroline has over 20 years' experience, a NNEB qualification, and a Level 4 in Early Years Childcare.

She spent 11 years working for Asquith Day Nurseries both as a Crèche Manager and Regional Manager before joining Tinies in 2009 as an Operations Manager.

Caroline divides her time between our crèches and nurseries and also supports our franchisees within their childcare settings.

She works in a consultancy role for one of our large clients and is the creator of their childcare policies and delivers training for their teams.

Caroline holds a PTLLS (Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong sector) qualification in adult training, and oversees the development and delivery of all of our training programmes.

Justin Jeffries, Web Manager

Justin in Goa

Justin runs the web development team for Tinies and My Family Care, as well as overseeing anything and everything creative.

Justin has a background in children's holiday clubs and as a part time actor, as well as a keen interest in photography and design.

In 2008 Justin started managing the UK's leading parent matching website Nanny Share - overseeing a complete website 'reskin' to improve the design, and most importantly, usability.

In 2011 he helped to rebrand and relaunch the My Family Care website, before going on in 2012 to redesign Emergency Childcare, and launch the employee portal for My Family Care clients, the Work+Family Space.

Working with My Family Care and United for All Ages, Justin helped to launch a beta version of Good Care Guide, before overhauling and re-launching in 2013. The website lists the best nurseries, nanny agencies, care homes and homecare agencies. It's the best place for parents to find nursery reviews in England, and for those with eldercare requirements to read care home ratings and reviews.

Justin works closely with our friends at sapnagroup and Orckid, providing us with programming and design expertise across the My Family Care group.

"Don't make me think..." is the usability mantra applied to our websites.
