A busy nursery needed to expand their staffing levels due to demand and needed multiple, strong, experienced supply staff to support their permanent team whilst they recruited. The nursery is part of a chain.
The client has a very popular nursery with a waiting list and needed to meet demand. Several supply staff were required whilst they recruited additional permanent staff. The supply staff needed to be experienced and strong to enable them to support the permanent staff in welcoming new children to their setting.
The client had already been working with Tinies for many years and was confident in the quality and reliability of the service provided.
Tinies sourced appropriate supply staff for the setting from their team. Local staff were provided who had a mixture of availability to help ensure as many of the shifts required could be filled.
Several Tinies staff assist at the setting, enabling the nursery to grow and meet demand whilst they recruit the right people long term.
