Level 2/3 Nursery Practitioners (RM16) Upminster - Monday - Friday (45/40 Hours Per Week - 7:30-17:30, 8-:18:00, 8:30-18:30) - £10.64+ Per Hour
Looking for the perfect candidate to join a wonderful nursery in RM16!
The nursery is looking for Level 2 or Level 3 candidate to join their team!
They are looking for a Level 2/3 candidate who is willing to work full time 45/40 hours a week Monday - Friday on a shift pattern - 7:30-17:30, 8-:18:00, 8:30-18:30!
The nearest train station is a 2 minute walk away!
A fun and active nursery that provides training, treat days and trips out with the children.
Salary: £10.64 per hour
About the nursery:
A fantastic setting where children's welfare and development is paramount and delivered in an environment which is safe, warm, friendly and mentally stimulating.
A place where children can play, learn, grow and have lots of fun during their time with us, which will set the solid foundation of educational achievement and emotional and social development enabling a holistic approach to developing the whole child.
The manager of the nursery began in the childcare industry by opening and running a successful setting from their own home which went from strength to strength. Over a 4 year period the setting went from them working alone and caring for 6 children to creating a nursery environment employing 4 assistants and caring for over 25 children.
All of their hard work paid off and I was given a "good" judgement from Ofsted, I was accredited by the Local Authority and also received the Early Years Quality Mark.
The children who attended the setting flourished and went from strength to strength. They operated a long waiting list, including spaces reserved for children who were yet to be born and received many referrals from extremely satisfied parents.
Encourage confidence and independence as an individual to explore and learn through a range of experiences and different kinds of play, an individual approach to learning, meeting the special needs of an individual and enabling all to benefit from the opportunities provided. All of this whilst maintaining and improving our professional expertise.
