Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

A term time only Nursery in Chelmsford are looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join their fun and friendly team. They require somebody with a level 3 qualification with previous experience of working in a busy nursery environment. This is a great opportunity to work in a fun, lively and vibrant nursery atmosphere.

The nursery is situated in a bright and sunny classroom within the grounds of Beehive Lane Primary School. The nursery provides access to a large outdoor play area where children can play and learn in a natural environment. the setting are very proud of their 'Good' Ofsted rating.

What we need from you:
• Level 3 qualification in childcare or higher

• Broad knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding

Your duties will include:
• Taking charge of a key group of children
• Deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop
• Plan and provide effective care, teaching and learning.
• Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
• Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children
• Make accurate and effective use of assessment reflecting the needs, interests and stages of development of the individual children.
