Beverly Munden

Always an advocate for change, Beverly is an ambassador for developing policies and practices to support employees with care responsibilities.

Beverly worked closely with My Family Care in 2007, to deploy the Emergency Backup Care Programme to thousands of employees within her corporate organisation. Her work with the My Family Care group made it seem a natural progression to take up the role of Franchise Manager with Tinies, when the opportunity arose in 2015 and subsequently Operations Director in 2020.

Married with two grown up children, and having worked in both part and full time roles whilst her family progressed through school, she has been through the ups and downs of effectively managing a work/life balance and knows how important it is to find quality childcare that you trust. Bev really has been in the shoes of the parents we work with.

Bev's past experiences as a CIPD qualified HR Professional across local government and in the private sector - from small independents to national and international organisations specialising in Flexible Benefits, Recruitment and Business Process re-engineering, have prepared her well to manage, support and develop the Tinies network and brand to ensure their reputation and service continues to exceed our clients expectations.
