Sally Rookes, Director and Operations Manager
Sally obtained her BTEC National Diploma in Early Years in 2002, and has spent her career predominantly working in schools and nurseries. During her career she successfully completed two years studying with the Open University and achieved Diplomas in Early Years and Health and Social Care.
Since 2011 Sally has been supporting parents and nursery managers in the local area with their childcare requirements. Having had a daughter in 2015, Sally understands the need for quality childcare and the current challenges faced by working parents.
Sally uses her own experience working closely with children of different ages to understand the needs for childcare within the family and the nursery environment.
Katie Rookes, Director and Operations Manager
Katie obtained her BTEC National Diploma in Early Years in 2004. With this and having worked both as a nanny and worked in a senior role in nurseries, Katie is fully aware of the need to find reliable care for your child and is committed to doing her best to match the right candidate to the client.
In 2012 Katie had her own little boy and has hired Tinies nannies as well as using a local nursery.
Katie will be developing the mobile creche element of the business, and wants to take an hands on approach to ensure the best environment.
